| Improve drying efficiency DaSuLer is capable of dehydrating the moisture in green veneer by applying a maximum of 3.5 Mpa of pressure to the wood. By pressing the green veneer, the moisture content within the veneer becomes uniform which can reduce the drying time in the drying process. |

| Reduce re-drying of veneer DaSuLer helps reduce spot moisture content which then increases the uniformity of moisture content within the veneer. By reducing spot moisture content in the green veneer, it is possible to reduce the need for re-drying after the main drying process. |

| Improving veneer quality By pressing the veneers with DaSuLer, the moisture content moves and equalizes within the veneer. Generally, if one side of the veneer has lower moisture content it dries faster than the other side. Uneven drying causes splits and cracks within the veneer. DaSuLer moves moisture content to both sides of the veneer. This helps prevent the over-drying of one side of the veneer which in turn reduces the tendency of the veneer to split and crack. This process also reduces the likelihood of veneer distortion. |
